Well we had a crazy, fun, eventful weekend decorating your room! I have to start from the beginning! We made it home Friday around 5pm... We turned our 'office' room into Rylee's room (I wish I had a before picture) Anyhow, we packed everything up, rearranged the closets in the house to store everything we removed from the office, we started to take the built-in desk apart, and patched the holes in the room. I hung up all of your clothes and got them put away in the closet! We finished sometime after midnight! Daddy woke up early Saturday morning and started to 'primer' paint the room. And wouldn't you know it, the Realtor called and someone wanted to come look at the house. We had to really hurry getting everything put away, painted, and the furniture installed but with the help of Grandma and Grandpa Robertson, we had it all finished in time for the couple to come and look. We had bought green and pink paints for your room and we wanted to make different designs on the wall, but because we were interrupted with a surprise visit, we had decided to just keep your first room very simple and basic.... we spruced it up with a lot of bright pink accents and we may go back later and add some pink paint to the walls. We love how your room turned out and we always go in there and imagine what it's going to be like to have you here and in your own room. Your closet is sooo full of the prettiest clothes and Mommy doesn't know how she is going to pick out an outfit each day for you because she has so much to pick from. We are just getting so very excited to meet you!
